Born in Bakersfield California, moved at age of 3 to Fremont California. Currently a Neurosurgeon in San Francisco California.

Attended Mission San Jose H.S. where she lettered in Track, Cross Country and Gymnastics. She then went on to Standford Medical School graduating "head" of the class in Medical School. Hobbies include painting, reading, horseback riding, beach, camping, and theatre.

Marianne was married for 15 years and has two sons from that marriage. Kyle who is 16 and Matthew who is 14. Both boys are very active in Highschool sports and help take care of their Dog "Max' and two Cats, "Kara", and "Katie"
