I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida with 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Fresh out of high school, I received an academic scholarship from MIT, where I received a double PhD. Away from home for the first time, I met many interesting people and received a taste for travel and the itch for world knowledge. After graduation, 2 friends and I traveled to South America for a year, where I met my husband - an American traveling abroad. Since that time, I fell in love with the traveling lifestyle, however it was extremely important to us to live our life to the fullest - with meaningful purpose. Today, my husband and I travel to many countries with many different cultures, where we spend time doing missionary duties in our fields. My husband and I speak 9 different languages, and both have doctrines from our Alma Maters.
