Born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota. Kathy Evans moved to Tampa, Florida and married her husband Gene of twenty years. She started her own business as a private detective and is doing very well .

Kathy's hobbies are horse back riding, biking and raising there Jack Russell Terrier puppies.
