Born and raised in up-state New York, joined the air force after graduating from high school. Flew fighter jets during Gulf war. Retired from service and now currently owns small charter airplane service. Joanne is married to Wayne and has three step-daughters, ages 7,9, & 11.

Her hobbies include, fishing, golfing, horse back riding, water skiing, & swimming. Her birthdate is September 2.
